Advanced Training For All Program Levels

 

 

As a registered leader in the BSA, once you have completed the basic training requirements for your registered position, you are eligible to attend Wood Badge.

Wood Badge is an extensive and fun leadership skills training for registered Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity and Venturing leaders. Participants will be taught contemporary leadership skills that can used to build and strengthen your entire unit leadership team, as well as other groups you interact with in Scouting, at work, or even at home.

Are you interested in top-notch leadership skills training - skills that can be used in Scouts as well as your daily life and job? These skills will allow you to better plan your activities, schedule your time, and lead others to accomplish wide and varying tasks. Wood Badge provides the framework for learning and practicing these skills through hands-on activities. By practicing them during this training course, they will be easier to utilize back home, at work, and in your unit.
